Approach
Craft governance.
Most architecture studios deliver beautiful drawings. We deliver controlled material outcomes.
That means: understanding production constraints before design decisions, working with tradespeople as equal partners, and making the "how" as rigorous as the "what."
01
Site + feasibility sprint
Paid · Typically 2–3 weeks
A paid, time-boxed engagement. We analyse planning constraints, massing options, and cost-range strategy — then give you a clear go/no-go recommendation.
You get: site analysis report, massing options (2–3), cost range estimate, and our honest assessment of whether the project makes sense.
02
Concept + material identity
Typically 4–6 weeks
One legible concept drives everything — form, material, detail. Not a mood board. A set of rules that every subsequent decision must answer to.
You get: concept document, material palette with sourcing logic, detail principles, and a reference set of precedents.
03
Execution blueprint
Typically 8–16 weeks
Tender-ready documentation with a mock-up schedule and procurement plan for primary materials — timber, stone, ceramics, metal. Named trade partners where the project requires them.
You get: full tender package, mock-up protocol, material procurement strategy, and a quality checkpoint schedule.
04
Build orchestration
Duration: project-dependent
Author supervision combined with a vetted construction management partner. Weekly site reporting. Change-order discipline. We stay on site until the last detail is right.
You get: weekly reports, site visit documentation, punch list management, and post-handover seasonal checks.
